Attend & Thrive Ltd is an independent Education Welfare Service committed to working collaboratively with schools to improve attendance and promote wellbeing. Since Local Authority traded services ceased in 2024, we provide the flexible, professional support schools need to fulfill their statutory duties while reducing persistent absence through early intervention.
With over 15 years’ experience as an Education Welfare Officer, I bring specialized expertise across all school settings. My approach is professional, consistent, and solution-focused — ensuring schools meet statutory duties while supporting families effectively. We empower schools through dedicated casework, strategic support, and a child-centered approach.

Prevention & Early Intervention
Early intervention is key to preventing escalation. We provide register checks, home visits, and immediate support for identified concerns.
Training & Development
Empowering staff through whole-school attendance promotion training, register completion guidance, and professional supervision.
Casework & Court Preparation
Full casework support including identifying barriers, arranging attendance meetings, and completing prosecution paperwork for the Local Authority.
Strategic & Whole School Support
Development of attendance strategies, data analysis, policy audits, and preparation for Ofsted attendance data reviews.
Child Missing Education (CME)
Supporting schools with tracking relocated pupils, conducting cross-authority investigations, and completing formal CME referrals.
